About the Event
In gratitude to you, dear yogis, for continuing the online yoga journey with me this past year, please join me in a practice of supported poses that will awaken your natural, inborn, relaxation reflexes. Appropriate for all levels. (This workshop is free of charge.)
In preparation, please: set up in a warm, quiet space, either on a soft, carpeted floor or a yoga mat with a blanket on top for cushioning; wear layers that you can add and remove as your body temperature fluctuates; and, have three blankets, 2 bed pillows or a bolster, a strap, and a hand towel. Then, get ready to snuggle in and rest.
